This was organised by student´s organization at the 2nd Medical faculty of Charles University in Prague, The event took place at Motol University hospital –

1 hour introduction of EM for students,

1 hour presentation of resuslts of the HEROES study (international cohort  prospective study on impact of COVID-19 pandemic on mental health of health care workers, taking part in 26 countries on 5 continents),

1 hour presentation and practice how to také care of our own mental health.
