Lourdes Hernández Castells and Raquel Piñero Panadero, Emergency Department

For the early detection of cardiovascular risk, detection of atrial fibrillation (AF) as prevention of stroke. We will have a stand with a 1-lead ECG device that performs the registration from a finger.
The objective is to verify the prevalence of AF in asymptomatic patients and measure the cardioembolic risk (CHADSVASC2 scale) that indicates the beginning of anticoagulation.
We would indicate risk patients to go to the Emergency Department, for beginning anticoagulation and control ventricular response.
We will offer the activity to all outpatients, relatives/ companions or anyone who voluntarily wants to know their cardiovascular risk
