While professionals working in every medical speciality can claim to have been pushed to their limits by the Covid-19 pandemic, those working in EM have suffered particularly from stress. This year’s EM Day webinar will present the results of a survey into burnout among EM professionals and discuss how the situation could be improved. The survey not only shows high levels of burnout, but also highlights the alarming lack of mental health support available to those suffering from it. We welcome your participation and look forward to hearing your ideas on this subject, which is vital to our future in EM, as well as that of patients.
