Survival from major trauma will increase by the development of a standardized approach
Disability and mortality from acute ischemic stroke and heart attack will decrease
Sepsis survival will increase through the promotion and adoption of Early Recognition and Standardized Emergency Treatment
Public awareness of emergency medical care will increase
Better training for undergraduate medical and nurse students on management of emergencies and on disaster response and preparedness
Public education on prevention of life-threatening diseases, like blood pressure and glucose control, early sepsis signs recognition, hands washing, use of seat belts and helmets (these targets to be pursued in collaboration with the other alliances and foundations like Global Sepsis alliance, Worlds Trauma day, Worlds diabetes day, world stroke day etc…)
