My name is Anna Bertozzi, I have been working as a resident doctor in emergency medicine for three months and I have been followed by older resident doctor and consultant doctor during my training in the ED.
We decided to become emergency medicine physicians, because it is one of the most complete medical specialty. Everyday, night and day, we challenge with a multitude of pathologies, from the most urgent to all the non urgent ones, from the most rare disease to the most common. With the support and the commitment of the entire emergency medicine team, we try every day to improve our work and our knowledges. We do our best to transmit our passion to the youngest doctor, in order to become an even better emergency team.
We believe in Emergency Medicine: we think it couldn’t be replaced with any other specialty.
With this story we would like to give our contribution in raising awareness of the importance of emergency medicine, because our work make the difference.
We are always there for you. We are always there for us.
