About EUSEM

We are a non-profit scientific organisation dedicated to ensuring that every patient in Europe receives the highest standard of emergency care. Founded in 1994 by a multidisciplinary group of experts, EUSEM has grown to represent over 40,000 healthcare professionals and 38 national societies across Europe.

Our mission is to advance research, education, clinical practice, and standards in emergency medicine. We promote collaboration between countries, support training and research initiatives, and facilitate the sharing of knowledge through our annual Congress, courses, and publications.
