Guidelines
Only group photos (that show more than 1 healthcare professional) will be considered for the competition. The group photos must be taken while maintaining appropriate social distancing norms.
The photograph must be of the highest resolution possible. Photographs can be in the landscape or portrait orientation. Participants may submit colour and/or black & white photographs. The photograph must be an original without any kind of watermark.
Details of Submission
The photographs must be submitted via the Google Form provided on or before 5pm of May 2, 2020. Any photograph received after the afore mentioned time will not be considered for the competition.
The photographs will be uploaded on EMA Facebook page and EMA Twitter handle as and when we receive them.
Judging Parameters
All the entries will be screened by EMA tech team before uploading to the social media pages. Only original group photographs that meet the contest guidelines will be considered.
The photograph with the most likes and shares on the EMA Facebook page (not on the participant’s page or any other Facebook page) PLUS the most retweets on twitter will be announced the winner.
Winners will be announced on 28th May, 2020.
Attractive cash prizes await the 3 best entries.
All the entries will be shared with the EM Day campaign page of European Society for Emergency Medicine and may be uploaded to their website as EM day activity from India.
In case of any disputes the organisers’ decision shall be final and binding.
