In the Netherlands we organize the SGO-run, every EM-day. Multiple hospitals across the Netherlands participate in this relay run of approximately 70km. With this run we create awareness for our Specialty and challenges we face. We also raise money for our emergency medicine science fund, so we can fund our own research and help further our Specialty scientifically.
